Raspberry Crumble

Raspberry Crumble (ca 18 slices)

45 cl flour
15 cl sugar
1 tblsp. baking powder
150g margarine or butter
1 egg
20 cl raspberries

On top:
15 cl oats
10 cl sugar
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
50 g margarine or butter

Instructions:
Mix the flour, sugar and the baking powder in a bowl, devide the margarine or butter nicely into the mix, add the egg. Mix everything together. Squeeze the dough against the bottom of a butter smeard oven tray (ca: 20 cm X 30 cm). Sprinkle the raspberries over the dough.
Mix the oats, sugar and vanilla sugar. Smear the mix over the raspberries.
Put the tray in the ovens lower part and keep it there for 20 minutes. Let the raspberry crumbles cool down and then cut into square pieces.
